You’ll collaborate closely with clients from all kinds of industries — not-for-profit, public, and private — and you’ll quickly build confidence managing real-world HR projects that make a difference.What you’ll doSupport clients with their day-to-day HR needs — everything from employee questions to policy updates.Jump in on HR projects and initiatives, helping bring them to life with creativity and organization.Learn the ropes of consulting — balancing relationships, deadlines, and priorities like a pro.Use your tech skills to keep things running smoothly through tools like HRIS and ATS systems.Be part of a collaborative, fun-loving team that believes HR should be both professional and enjoyable.What you’ll bringA post-secondary degree (preferably in HR, business, or a related field).3 or more years of HR experience — or a mix of HR internships, co-ops, and early career roles that show your passion for the field.Curiosity, initiative, and a genuine desire to learn.Great communication skills and a talent for building trust and connection.Comfort with technology (HRIS or ATS experience is a plus).Working toward your CPHR designation or planning to start soon.A good sense of humour — because we take our work seriously, but not ourselves.Why you’ll love working hereWe're more than just BC’s premier HR consulting firm; we're innovators, troubleshooters, and masters of workplace magic.
