Operating on several continents, the organization stands out for its exceptional service quality, strong logistics network, and dedication to customer satisfaction.As part of its growth in North America, the company is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee its operations in the Greater Montreal Area. Your ResponsibilitiesReporting to the Operations Director, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between suppliers, internal teams, and clients. Your main duties will include:Managing purchase orders with suppliers and monitoring them through the company's ERP system.Updating delivery information and providing regular reports to keep clients informed of order progress.Identifying and resolving delays or discrepancies by working closely with suppliers.Handling client requests related to pricing, order entry, and delivery timelines.Collaborating with the planning, production, and logistics teams to ensure accurate and on-time deliveries. Profile Sought2 to 5 years of experience in a similar position (procurement, coordination, or B2B customer service).Proficiency with office tools (Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Acomba, or equivalent).Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.Experience in an industrial, automotive, or mechanical environment is considered an asset.What's OfferedPermanent position offering long-term stability.Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday.A friendly and collaborative work environment within a growing organization.Opportunities for professional growth and advancement.Comprehensive benefits package, including group insurance and a retirement savings plan (REER).
