Key Responsibilities / Responsabilités principalesProcurement / ApprovisionnementCreate RFPs based on Sales Quote ChecklistsPopulate and maintain Program FilesCreate item codes in Fidelio ERPSupport the procurement team by handling data-heavy and time-consuming tasksCréer des appels d’offres à partir des demandes de soumissionAlimenter et mettre à jour les fichiers programmesCréer les codes produits dans FidelioAlléger la charge de travail de l’équipe en prenant en charge des tâches clés et structurantesDemand Planning / Planification de la demandeDaily inventory reporting, updating weeks-on-hand & contract balancesEntering purchase orders & contracts with accuracySupporting crop program costing & YOY cost variance analysisWeekly sales review & logistics alignment (dates, availability, short-list items)Rapports quotidiens d’inventaire, mise à jour des contrats et semaines d’inventaireSaisie des bons de commande et contrats avec précisionSupport aux analyses de programmes de récolte et comparatifs de coûts annuelsRevue hebdomadaire des ventes et coordination avec la logistique What We’re Looking For / Profil recherchéStrong attention to detail & comfort with numbersExperience in supply chain, procurement, planning, or ERP entryExcel skills required (Fidelio an asset)Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentSens du détail et aisance avec les chiffresExpérience en chaîne d’approvisionnement, approvisionnement ou planificationMaîtrise d’Excel (Fidelio est un atout)Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique
