This is a perfect opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to break into the tech industry and build a long-term future in sales.The role is all about high-volume outreach—you’ll be expected to make 75+ outbound calls daily to small business prospects like medical clinics, retail chains, and professional service firms. You don’t need technical knowledge to start—we’ll teach you everything you need to know about Microsoft 365, cloud services, networking, and more.What You’ll Be DoingMake 50-75+ outbound calls per day to connect with small business owners and decision-makersBook qualified sales appointments for senior sales staffUse a CRM to log activities, track leads, and follow up consistentlyResearch local businesses and personalize your outreach based on industry needsLearn about the core services offered (e.g., Microsoft 365, cloud backups, VoIP, network security)Participate in ongoing training and career developmentWho You AreYou’ve got a strong work ethic and can power through repetitive tasks with a positive attitudeHave a good understanding of technology, ideally you would have a tech degree or similar.You’re naturally curious and enjoy learning new things—especially techComfortable on the phone and not afraid of rejectionOrganized, detail-oriented, and coachableExperience in sales, customer service, or phone-based roles is a plus (not required)Bonus: Familiarity with small business environments or industries like medical, retail, or legalWhat’s in It for YouFull training and mentorship from experienced IT sales professionalsClear growth path to Account Executive or full-cycle Sales RepUncapped earning potential—your hustle dictates your payMedical, dental, vision benefitsCasual, supportive team environmentTo ApplySubmit your resume and include one sentence on why you’d crush a 75-call day.
