What We're Looking For

As a Business Development Representative at Enkel, you will play a pivotal role in our growth by identifying and qualifying potential clients. You'll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects, sparking interest and setting the stage for meaningful conversations about how Enkel can help them simplify their back-office operations.

Please note: This is a full-time, in-office role based at our downtown Vancouver location.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound prospecting via email, phone, and social media to generate qualified leads.
  • Research and identify ideal customer profiles (ICPs) in target markets.
  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule discovery calls for the Sales team.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to develop targeted outreach strategies.
  • Maintain and update CRM data (HubSpot) with accurate prospect information and activity tracking.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly/monthly KPIs around outreach, meetings booked, and lead conversion.
  • Continuously improve outreach messaging and contribute to team sales strategy discussions.

What You Bring

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales or lead generation role (B2B SaaS or services is a bonus).
  • A passion for sales, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Experience using CRM software (preferably HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to feedback, and thrive in a growing, dynamic environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
