This role supports our financial and warehouse systems and will be responsible for resolving issues, designing and running queries, reports, and analytics in response to requests by end users and provide training on systems as required. This is an 18-month contract role that works remotely on EST time zone.What You'll Do:Lead the reconciliation of inventories between our financial system (NAV) and WMS platform (Manhattan), ensuring accuracy and precision.Act as a trusted systems support partner for the finance team, especially the Inventory Accounting group, managing inventory subsystems and their seamless integration with financial systems and distribution centers.Drive the development of integrations between our new WMS and Financial Management systems—gather end-user requirements, collaborate with Business Analysts on design, develop test scripts, and lead testing efforts to deliver robust solutions.Troubleshoot and resolve operational system issues related to financial transactions and data flow between financial systems and distribution centers.Build strong relationships across departments—IT, Finance, Supply Chain, and other teams—to ensure accurate financial postings and data integrity.Support warehouse process changes by aligning finance requirements for inventory management, costing, and controls.Document processes, investigate bugs, and work with IT to resolve incidents efficiently.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements to optimize efficiency and accuracy.What We're Looking For:A background in accounting, business, or a related field; CPA certification is highly desirable.4-5 years of experience in inventory accounting, costing, and supply chain finance roles.Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems, preferably Manhattan.Familiarity with distribution center operations and best practices in warehouse environments.Proven experience working with Financial Management Systems, especially Microsoft Dynamics NAV or similar platforms, in a mid-sized business setting.Track record of contributing to multiple projects in fast-paced environments, delivering impactful results.Working knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and Microsoft Access is a plus.Advanced Excel skills for managing large datasets and complex analyses.
