About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically proficient Finance Workday System Analyst to join our team in Toronto. This role is pivotal in supporting and enhancing our Workday Financials platform, ensuring seamless integration with business processes and delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer and configure Workday Financials modules (e.g., Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects)
  • Collaborate with Finance and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement system enhancements
  • Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and analytics using Workday tools
  • Troubleshoot system issues, manage release updates, and ensure data integrity across financial systems
  • Provide end-user support and training, promoting adoption and best practices
  • Lead or support Workday-related projects including integrations, upgrades, and process improvements
  • Document system configurations, workflows, and change management processes

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field
  • 7+ years of experience with Workday Financials in a systems analyst or similar role
  • Strong understanding of financial processes and reporting requirements
  • Proficiency in Workday reporting tools, business process configuration, and integration frameworks
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills
  • Experience with data governance, compliance, and audit support is a plus

The salary range for this position is between $135,000.00 and $165,000.00
