This role involves gathering requirements, conducting cost-benefit analyses, coordinating systems for compatibility, and consulting with management to ensure alignment with system principles. Education & Experience Collaborate with business partners to define complex solution requirements and participate in design discussions, with a focus on SAP S/4HANA. Documentation Create and maintain detailed documentation including business requirements, process flows, and technical specifications for SAP S/4HANA projects. Data Analysis Use SQL and Excel to analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights within SAP S/4HANA environments. Relationship Building Build strong relationships with business partners, colleagues, and managers to foster collaboration and cooperative learning. Projects Contribute to strategic projects aligned with enterprise architecture roadmaps, particularly those leveraging SAP S/4HANA. Communication Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively articulate ideas, findings, and assessments. Must-Have Requirements Experience with SAP S/4HANA ERP as a Business Systems Analyst Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and querying Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data manipulation and reporting Strong documentation skills (business requirements, process flows, technical specifications) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) Direct experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations and support Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical field required MBA or other advanced degree preferred 5–7 years of relevant experience Nice-to-Have Skills Accounting and finance knowledge (balance sheets, income statements, etc.) Business acumen and understanding of financial reporting Analytical thinking with ability to interpret financial data and provide insights Experience in finance tech domain or Workday integrations Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA modules such as S/4-GL and Group Reporting Experience with SAP ETL tools (SAP SDI, SAP Data Services) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills EEO Employer Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
