What You'll Be Doing
  • Phone calls, broker and client meetings, follow ups, email correspondence and overall management of sales pipeline.
  • Attend daily sales huddles.
  • Stay up to date about pre-construction, resale, and rental market.
  • Book appointments and take clients and brokers for site tours.
  • Meet sales targets.

What You Bring
  • 3+ years of experience working in a sales environment, real estate experience preferred.
  • Strong work ethic with ability to work long hours during the launch phase of a project.
  • Experience with CRM database management systems.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
  • Vehicle and valid driver license required.
