Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet marketing goals
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work closely with the agent to establish and meet sales targets
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Property & Casualty license (preferred) and willingness to obtain LLQP within 6 months
What We Offer:
A competitive salary range of $50,000 per year, including base salary and commission, and the opportunity to work with a reputable and established insurance agency.
