Gestionnaire, Pratiques, Impartition des RH (HRO) / Chef, Pratiques, Impartition des RH d’ADP
Relevant du vice-président ou de la vice-présidente, Innovation commerciale, transformation et services partagés, la personne occupant ce poste jouera un rôle déterminant à l’externe en positionnant ADP en tant que chef de file en matière de solutions d’impartition des RH et en interagissant avec les décideurs de l’industrie ainsi qu’avec les clients actuels et potentiels. À l’interne, la personne responsable de ce rôle sera la voix unique de HRO à l’échelle d’ADP, en collaborant avec les équipes des ventes, du marketing, de l’implantation, des produits, des activités de HRO ainsi qu’avec les autres principaux intervenants. Vous serez responsable du segment d’impartition des RH d’ADP en créant et en réalisant la vision stratégique de HRO. Enfin, vous tirerez parti de votre esprit axé sur l’exécution et les processus et travaillerez avec vos partenaires commerciaux pour diriger la mise en œuvre des initiatives stratégiques ainsi que pour définir et appliquer un plan de création de la valeur.
Responsabilités:
Leadership commercial stratégique
- Établir de solides stratégies pour le segment de l’impartition des RH en collaborant avec la direction de HRO, les intervenants de l’entreprise, les ventes et le marketing en vue d’élaborer le plan de mise en marché du Canada qui favorise la croissance des revenus et les résultats de vente.
- Concevoir et réaliser les initiatives clés de HRO afin d’augmenter la part de marché relative aux initiatives commerciales stratégiques.
- Soutenir l’élaboration et la mise en œuvre du processus de planification stratégique, au besoin. Contribuer aux initiatives et aux programmes tout au long du cycle de vie en apportant un soutien pratique lors du développement de nouvelles idées en début de projet. Soutenir des projets liés aux stratégies lorsqu’ils sont dirigés par des parties externes.
- Élaborer des plans de transformation commerciale axés sur la croissance annuelle et travailler en étroite collaboration avec les intervenants internes et externes.
- Collaborer avec la direction des ventes, de l’exploitation et des produits pour diriger la conception du parcours de succès des clients en fonction du marché et des secteurs de l’industrie.
Offre de produits et de services
- Contribuer à façonner l’offre de produits et services de RH d’ADP Canada afin de s’assurer qu’elle répond aux besoins actuels de nos clients existants et potentiels.
Leadership éclairé en matière d’impartition des RH
- Influencer la stratégie d’impartition des RH d’ADP afin de tenir compte des facteurs internes, des aspects commerciaux externes et des considérations réglementaires, et des tendances de l’industrie et de la clientèle ayant une incidence sur l’entreprise. li>
- En tant que gestionnaire avisé(e) des services de gestion du capital humain et de RH, vous dirigerez, influencerez et façonnerez le segment HRO au moyen d’aperçus concrets et agirez comme un catalyseur de l’innovation afin de favoriser la croissance dans ce domaine.
Expansion de l’entreprise
- En collaborant avec les ventes, favoriser, créer et bâtir des relations avec des clients actuels et potentiels en vue de développer et de gérer le bassin de ressources du segment HRO.
- Présenter la proposition de valeur de HRO aux dirigeants d’entreprise, en évaluant les occasions et en expliquant la valeur des services gérés d’impartition des RH d’ADP.
- S’approprier les partenariats et les canaux de distribution actuels et nouveaux de HRO et la croissance des offres et des produits de HRO.
- Agir en tant que ressource pour les gestionnaires des ventes en travaillant avec les clients actuels et potentiels pendant les processus de vente, d’implantation et de service. Maintenir une relation de travail efficace avec l’organisation des ventes afin d’accélérer les ventes, de stimuler la croissance des revenus et d’assurer la conformité.
Gestion des transactions importantes
- Jouer un rôle de pivot/dirigeant au sein des équipes d’ADP responsables des transactions importantes/complexes afin de contribuer à définir et à appliquer notre stratégie de création et de conclusion de transactions. li>
Direction de l’équipe HRO
- Agir à titre de gestionnaire principal(e) d’une équipe de professionnels d’impartition des RH (dirigeant(e) de gestionnaires) qui offre du soutien opérationnel et programmatique aux clients de ces services. li>
Formation:
- Baccalauréat / maîtrise en administration (un atout)
Expérience:
- Entre 10 et 15+ ans d’expérience en leadership avec responsabilités de plus en plus importantes dans l’industrie de la gestion du capital humain ou un domaine connexe, avec des responsabilités commerciales
- Expérience en tant que dirigeant(e) avisé(e) des RH pour le marché externe (un atout)
- Aptitude à offrir de l’accompagnement professionnel à une équipe hautement performante et axée sur la collaboration dans un environnement centré sur le client, avec une capacité démontrée à diriger une grande équipe dispersée géographiquement
- Expérience dans un environnement de filiale américain ou international (un atout)
- Solide expertise dans le domaine des RH; auteur(e) d’articles, expérience de présentateur(trice) et/ou de modérateur(trice) dans des foires commerciales (un atout)
- Expérience relative à l’implantation de produits/systèmes (un atout)
- Bilinguisme anglais/français (un atout)

ADP HR Outsourcing (HRO) Practice Leader
Reporting to the GM/VP Business Innovation, Transformation and Shared Services, this role will play a significant role externally positioning ADP as a leading provider of HR outsourcing solutions and engaging with industry influencers as well as prospective and existing clients. Internally, this role will be the single voice of HRO across ADP, collaborating with Segment GMs, Sales, marketing, Product, HRO Operations and other key stakeholders. You will be accountable for the ADP’s HR Outsourcing business by creating and executing on the HRO strategic vision. You will leverage your visionary mindset and ability to Think Big to help HRO Business push the envelope and achieve its big goals. p>
Responsibilities:
Strategic Business Leadership
- Drive firm strategy work for the HR Outsourcing Business by partnering with the HRO Leadership, Business Stakeholders, Sales & Marketing to develop the Canada Go To Market plan that drives revenue growth and sales outcomes.
- Designing and execution of key HRO initiatives to increase the market share for strategic business initiatives
- Support the development and implementation of the Strategic Planning Process as needed. Support initiatives and programs throughout the lifecycle by providing hands on support in the development of new ideas at project initiation. Support strategy projects when driven by external parties
- Development of Annual Growth focused business transformation plans and working closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Shape product and service offering
- Working with sales, operations and product leadership, lead the Customer Success Journey Design based in Market and Industry Verticals
Product and Service Offering
- Help shape ADP Canada’s HR product and service offerings to ensure we are meeting ongoing needs of our prospects and clients
HR Outsourcing Thought Leadership
- Influences ADP HR Outsourcing strategy to address internal, external business and regulatory considerations, industry and customer trends, impacting the business. Be the face for HRO externally and internally
- As a Human Capital Management / HR Services thought leader, this individual with guide, influence and shape the HRO Field through actionable insights and a catalyst for innovation to drive growth in this space
- Distill competitive intelligence and other external research to ensure alignment of strategy with industry trends and consumer needs. li>
- Act as a change agent to build awareness and vision
Business Development
- In partnership with sales sources, initiates and develops relationships with potential and current clients to build and manage the HRO business development pipeline
- Positions the HRO value proposition to business leaders, qualifying opportunities, and selling the value of ADP’s managed HRO solution.
- Ownership of existing and new HRO partnerships and distribution channels and growth within the HRO offering and product
- Serves as a resource to sales leaders in working with prospects and existing clients during the sales, implementation and service processes. li>
Large Deal Management
- Lead/Key member of ADP’s Large/Complex Deals Teams helping to define and execute on our deal construction and execution strategy. li>
HRO Team Leadership
- Senior leader of a team of human resource outsourcing professionals that provide operational and programmatic support to clients of these services. In doing so, you will also be responsible for delivering Stellar Service and client satisfaction (as measured by Net Promoter Score and client retention.
- Builds and leads a team of associates all collaborating and working together, setting and managing objectives to execute on strategies to deliver business results.
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree
- MBA Preferred
Experience:
- 10-15+ years of experience of progressive leadership experience in the Human Capital Management industry or similar, with commercial accountabilities
- Experience as an HR thought leader to the external marketplace preferred
- A track record of coaching a high-performing, collaborative team in a client centric driven environment, with proven ability to lead a large, geographically dispersed team.
- Experience in a US or international subsidiary environment preferred
- Strong domain expertise in HR; authored articles, speaking and/or moderating experience at industry trade conferences preferred
- Product/System implementation experience preferred
- Bilingual – French/English preferred
