Reporting to the Associate Vice President, Technology Delivery, the Project Management Office and Project Delivery Manager will lead a team responsible for Project Management Governance, Executive Reporting on CTB projects, and Operational Efficiency initiatives.

In this role, you'll:

  • Be accountable for the overall management of the CTB project portfolio, including budget management, portfolio planning, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly leadership project status review meetings.
  • Develop biweekly reports for the executive team.
  • Maintain and create project management methodologies and best practices.
  • Continuously evaluate projects for adherence to standards and deadlines.
  • Ensure staff are trained in project management skills.
  • Conduct hiring and staffing of project coordinators.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring on project methodology.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and conflict resolution.
  • Provide effective Project Management services using agile/waterfall/hybrid methodologies.
  • Drive decision-making for changes and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project delivery performance indicators and milestones.
  • Serve as the prime contact for CTB projects with other Business Units.
  • Lead project/program governance through working and steering committees.
  • Provide postmortem analysis for project issues and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Minimum 7-10 years leading complex technology and business projects.
  • Excellent communication skills to translate technical requirements.
  • Ability to articulate risks and trade-offs clearly.
  • Experience leading projects with 3rd party vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects within budget and timeline.
  • Excellent leadership and relationship management skills.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
