Project Manager Opportunity

Fengate Asset Management is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in the Oakville office. This role offers a unique chance to leverage your project management expertise and contribute to the success of our organization.

The estimated salary for this position is $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience. Fengate offers a Work-Flex policy allowing employees to work remotely up to 3 days per week.

This is a full-time opportunity with competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading projects from initiation to implementation, working closely with stakeholders and team members to ensure successful project delivery. Your ability to create project implementation plans, develop schedules, manage resource capacity, and report project status will be essential to your success.

You will also support the ongoing development of our Project Management Office (PMO), contributing to the evolution of project management tools, templates, and processes. If you are a proactive self-starter with a proven track record of success in project management, we encourage you to apply.

Requirements:

  • PMP designation required.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in project management, as lead project manager throughout the entire project lifecycle.
  • Proven ability in creating project implementation plans, developing schedules, managing resource capacity, and project reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage projects and facilitate stakeholder and project team collaboration to achieve quality deliverables.
  • Expert understanding of waterfall and agile project management practices, knowledgeable of software development life cycle, and the ability to blend them together to fit the needs of individual projects and/or business objectives.
