  1. Acts as administrative support for the planning, monitoring, control, and distribution of any work to the activities of the administrative unit.
  2. Ensures the preparation, follow-up, control, or coordination of certain files relating to housing, work recordings, fumigation, elevator maintenance contracts, disasters, or other similar files.
  3. Enters information related to the follow-up of maintenance work requests and performs administrative reconciliation of work records.
  4. Verifies the conformity of the data entered on invoices, purchase orders, delivery notes, and other similar documents.
  5. Ensures the updating of the various computer files of the administrative unit.
  6. Files and photocopies various administrative documents.
  7. Ensures the transmission of documents to be given to contractors or external stakeholders.
  8. Approves, enters, and follows up on contractors' invoicing.
  9. Opens and monitors claims files.
  10. Receives, screens, and routes telephone calls and visits to or from the administrative unit.
  11. Receives complaints or requests from tenants and transmits to them any relevant information relating to the maintenance of buildings.
  12. Ensures the collection of rents received as well as the preparation of bank deposits.
  13. Performs the entry of payments received and ensures the accuracy of the data in accordance with the relevant files. li>
  14. Keeps up to date the rent payments received, charges the sums to the client's account.
  15. Follows up on emergency calls (outside of business hours) and vacant accommodations.
    1. Good knowledge of spoken French and English.
    2. Knowledge of the problems of maintenance of a residential building.
    3. Knowledge of various software and office equipment.
