Responsibilities:
  • Work in a team to ensure preventive and curative maintenance of production equipment.
  • Participate in the improvement of equipment in place and the implementation of new equipment.
  • Provide support to production teams.
  • You need to be safety-conscious, energetic, and able to understand your role in our team.
  • Promote and provide a safe workplace, seek improvements, and support Health & Safety program.
  • Maintain communications program to keep employees informed.
  • Support compliance with collective agreements and sound union/management/employee relations.
  • Report to the Maintenance Supervisor.

Requirements:
  • Preference given to those possessing a Red Seal Certificate
  • Education: Two-year college diploma preferred
  • Experience: Extensive mechanical experience is an asset
  • Language: Bilingualism is an asset (French and English)

Responsabilités:
  • Travailler en équipe pour assurer la maintenance préventive et curative des équipements de production.
  • Participer à l’amélioration des équipements en place et à l’implantation de nouveaux équipements.
  • Apporter un soutien aux équipes de production.
  • Vous devez être soucieux de la sécurité, énergique et capable de comprendre votre rôle au sein de notre équipe.
  • Promouvoir et fournir un lieu de travail sûr, rechercher des améliorations et soutenir le programme de santé et de sécurité.
  • Maintenir un programme de communication pour informer les employés.
  • Soutenir le respect des conventions collectives et des relations saines entre les syndicats, la direction et les employés.
  • Rendre compte au superviseur de l’entretien.

Exigences:
  • La préférence est donnée à ceux qui possèdent un certificat du Sceau rouge.
  • Formation : Diplôme d’études collégiales de deux ans de préférence
  • Expérience : Une vaste expérience en mécanique est un atout
  • Langue : Le bilinguisme est un atout (français et anglais)
