We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable Versatile Operations Specialist to join our team in Calgary, Alberta. This multifaceted role requires someone who can seamlessly manage shipping and receiving, oversee the tool crib, and handle delivery driving duties with professionalism and efficiency.

Compensation:
  • Competitive hourly wage starting at $25/hour.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities while maintaining flexibility and a positive attitude.

Key Responsibilities:
Shipping and Receiving:
  • Manage shipping, receiving, and transloading orders. 
  • Maintain accurate documentation and diligent record-keeping. 
  • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization.

Tool Crib Management:
  • Utilize Toolwatch software for tool tracking and organization (training provided).
  •  Manage tool inventory and coordinate maintenance and repairs

Delivery Driving:
  • Deliver materials and equipment to job sites.
  •  Operate up to a 5-ton truck and manual transmission vehicles.
  •  Tow trailers, including up to a 34’ gooseneck.

Administrative Support:
  • Use Procore software for project management (training provided).
  •  Assist with document tracking and other administrative tasks.
  •  Collaborate effectively and follow directions.

Qualifications:
  • Forklift trained and certified.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Ability to tow large trailers safely.
  • Physical capability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of mechanical trades is an asset.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules.

Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Flexible scheduling with part-time options available.
