PROGRAM SUPERVISOR - CHILD AND YOUTH LIVE-IN SERVICES AND INTENSIVE SERVICE COORDINATION PROGRAMS
Full-time Management Position – Located in Schumacher

We are seeking an experienced Program Supervisor for our Child and Youth Live-In Services and Intensive Service Coordination Programs, which include our Intensive Services Program, Therapeutic Foster Home Program, and Transition Home Program. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and overseeing all services within their assigned portfolio. This role aims to optimize our services and ensure compliance with current legislation, Ministry guidelines, and Agency policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a vested interest in our programs and services, particularly in community-based children and youth mental health services, and will excel at recognizing strengths and fostering a culture of trust, respect, fairness, consistency, diversity, and inclusiveness.

JOB REQUIREMENTS (QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS):
  • Master's degree in Social Work or a related field in Human Services, with a minimum of three years of experience working in children’s/human services, is preferred. A Baccalaureate in Social Work or a related field in Human Services may be considered.
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of various legislative Acts, Regulations, Standards, and Policies to ensure the Agency's mandate, goals, and objectives are met.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a high-paced environment with sound decision-making and effective communication.
  • Advanced knowledge and ability to work proficiently in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is required.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Must have a valid G driver’s license and use of own vehicle.
