Senior Corporate and Foundation Partnerships Associate

Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and develop strategic fundraising approaches.
- Coordinate efforts to secure corporate and foundational support.
- Build and maintain meaningful relationships with corporate and foundational partners to support program delivery, sponsorships, and employee engagement opportunities.
- Implement a partnership strategy that aligns with corporate philanthropy interests.
- Steward and cultivate existing corporate donors and sponsors.
- Source new partnerships through research, collaboration, and compelling communication.
QUALIFICATIONS OR SKILLS REQUIRED:
- A degree/diploma in a relevant field is sought (e.g., non-profit management, major gift solicitation, grant writing, fundraising or philanthropic studies) along with several years of demonstrated experience soliciting and securing leadership gifts and strategic partnerships, or the equivalent combination of education, professional certification, and professional work experience.
- Experience in securing multi-year partnerships in non-profit or Corporate Social Responsibility
- Goal-oriented, resourceful, data-driven, and entrepreneurial.
- Confidence in face-to-face meetings and presentations with key executives.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey the mission of 360°kids passionately and authentically.
- Collaborative yet capable of independent initiative.
- Relationship building and management skills to support relationships with corporate and foundation donors, employees, and peers within the industry.
- Strong personal ethics, integrity, and reliable.
- Ability to work as a team member in a dynamic, complex environment and organize time and workload effectively with demonstrated problem solving ability.
- Valid driver’s license, a vehicle in good working order and proof of $2,000,000 vehicle liability.
- Current vulnerable sector screening (criminal background check).
