Real Estate Sales Representative

Kingston, Canada Solid Rock Realty Full time
Job Description

A Real Estate Sales Representative is a real estate agent who meets with clients to help them with the purchase and sale of property. You must be customer service oriented and have excellent communication abilities. It's an exciting time in the real estate market, and we are looking for Real Estate Sales Representatives who want to capitalize on the market and create a smooth and pleasant purchase and sale experience for their clients.

The ideal individual will be teachable, self-motivated, and creative. The real estate market is always growing and changing, and we want someone who can come up with creative ideas to make themselves stand out to customers. Experience in sales, customer service, and marketing are preferred.

Real Estate Professionals earn money for each transaction they complete. As you make more transactions, you earn more income. After a few years of disciplined work, it's not unusual for a Real Estate Agent to be earning over $100,000 after a couple years. The more work you put into establishing a client base, the more money you will earn.

Regulatory Notice: While a real estate license is not required to apply, you must obtain a real estate license before officially being hired. To earn a real estate license you will need to complete real estate classes (online or in-person) offered by Humber College's Real Estate Education Programs, the designated sole provider for the Real Estate Salesperson Program in Ontario by the Real Estate Council of Ontario (RECO). After completing the pre-registration education, you can apply to become registered as a salesperson with RECO. To learn more about the real estate licensing process, apply now and our recruiting team will provide additional details. Job Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers via phone, email, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Advise clients on the state of the local real estate market.
  • Answer questions about contracts, terms of sale, and other parts of the real estate process.
  • Utilize computer technology to manage a database of customers and prospects.
  • Proactively reach out to clients to initiate or follow-up on real estate transactions.
  • Manage marketing and advertising through websites, mail-outs, and open houses.
About Solid Rock Realty

Solid Rock Realty, a pioneering Canadian Brokerage, stands on the pillars of collaboration, support, and fostering growth, aiming to redefine agent success and financial stability in the long term. With a distinct global structure that retains the financial benefits with agents rather than traditional brokerage owners, we are revolutionizing the real estate landscape. Every agent at Solid Rock Realty is a vital part of a united team, with everyone pulling together to foster individual and collective triumphs.

To facilitate your successful journey, we have established two robust platforms: the Business Development Program and the Lead Nurture Program. The former assigns a Success Coach to mentor you through a comprehensive bootcamp and stand by your side during the crucial first year, offering guidance to flourish in your real estate business. Meanwhile, the Lead Nurture Program focuses on sustaining a healthy client pipeline, with our dedicated team managing groundwork and qualification processes to connect you with ready buyers and sellers promptly.
