**Responsibilities**:

- Assist the real estate team in conducting thorough market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities.
- Collect and analyze data related to property valuations, market trends, demographics, and economic indicators to support decision-making processes.
- Prepare detailed financial models, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and sensitivity analyses, to assess the feasibility and profitability of real estate projects.
- Conduct due diligence activities, including reviewing property documents, zoning regulations, and environmental reports, to assess risks and ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, finance, and property management, to support project evaluation and execution.
- Prepare professional reports and presentations summarizing findings, recommendations, and investment strategies for senior management and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling, with knowledge of Excel and other relevant software.
- Excellent research abilities, with the capacity to gather and synthesize data from various sources.
- Knowledge of real estate market dynamics, investment analysis, and valuation methods is preferred.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to articulate complex concepts and present findings.
- A passion for real estate and a desire to learn and grow within the industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 4 months

**Salary**: From $18.00 per hour
