What You Will Do
- Responsible for setup and installation of technical systems, applications, or process designs for client’s purchased or outsourced technology and business process solutions.
- Play a leading role in testing and troubleshooting, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
- Works directly with client to manage initial access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and train or coordinate training for client users.
- Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems; identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system integration teams for resolution.
- Provides feedback based on client experiences to product and professional services teams for product and process improvements.
What Skills & Experience You Should Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of experience implementing and/or supporting software with external clients.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Deep understanding of relational databases and server side technologies (triggers, stored procedures) preferably using Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ability to write complex and efficient queries using TSQL.
- Strong ability to translate business issues into systems and operational solutions.
- Time management skills to handle multiple task assignments and prioritize work appropriately.
- Strong leadership and prioritization skills; ability to build consensus and drive decision making; proven ability to work cross-functionally to accomplish objectives.
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
About Your Location
Our main office is in Vancouver, BC. In a hybrid role, you will work with your manager to establish a mutually agreeable schedule for your time worked in the office based on the position and the business need. Typically hybrid positions are 1-3 days per week, or 20%-60% of the month in the office.
