Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Implementation Manager to join our team. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients, conducting accounting and fintech software conversions, and implementing QuickBooks Online and Xero.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the implementation team, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of projects
  • Implement cloud-based accounting systems and integrated management systems/apps
  • Work with clients to optimize workflows and processes for their business
  • Train clients and new team members on software and workflows
  • Refine and design Chart of Accounts for optimized reporting and analysis
  • Support the learning and development of direct reports
  • Provide support to other accountants with data, systems, and workflow improvements
Requirements
  • 3+ years of full-cycle accounting experience with 2+ years in public practice
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • Working towards or have completed your CPA Designation
  • Tech Savvy (Experience using QuickBooks Online or Xero an asset)
  • Experience with data analysis, financial statement analysis, financial planning, and reporting
  • Prior experience with software implementation projects
