Technical Sales Associate/Specialist

Job Description

Micro-Informa is currently looking for an experienced technical sales associate. We are a B2B IT company that provides sales, service, and support. The technical sales associate must have a clear understanding of the different components of security camera systems . It will be an asset to have a grasp on access control and alarms system deployment.


To ensure success as a technical sales associate, a willingness to take technical certification, if necessary, is a must You should be able to identify and resolve any issues with security hardware and software. Moreover, an excellent technical sales associate must be able to travel to our client’s location for a site walk and create a floor plan to meet their needs.


Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Identify, investigate, and resolve client’s hardware and software problems
  • Travel to client’s location for a site walk
  • Maintain a good understanding of physical security camera to answer client questions
  • Remotely configuring product software
  • Floor Planning
  • Attending product training courses and seminars
  • Ability to break down technical terminology to nontechnical clients

QualificationsRequirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology preferred
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Strong knowledge in security camera systems
  • Ability to travel
  • Able to create floor plans
  • Ability to problem solve



Salary Renumeration


The salary structure is based on fixed salary plus commission. Starting package from 65K to be determined based on experience and knowledge.
