ResponsibilitiesOrganize and facilitate ERP project planning workshops with key stakeholdersDevelop the project charter including initial timelines, scope, task list with RACI, risk assessment, and project governance documentsLead all phases of the ERP implementation lifecycle from Initiation to DeploymentDefine and monitor ERP project scope, schedule, and budget by understanding the client’s critical success factors (CSFs)Develop and manage the ERP project plan including project dependencies, timing, resources, and critical pathManage the project RAID log on an accurate and timely basis throughout the project escalating when requiredCoordinate and schedule cross-functional teamsProvide the client’s leadership team with recommendations on project direction, priorities, resource allocation, key decisions, and schedulingManage all aspects of project budgets, forecasts, and change requestsWork in a multi-client environment managing complex projects simultaneouslyAct as the liaison between the client’s core ERP team and vendorsDeliver Project Status Reports and Presentations to various employee levelsAssist clients in change management understanding the client’s as-is and to-be business processesQualifications:Knowledge of ERP systems2+ years experience as a project manager or project coordinator in a technology environmentBachelor’s in Business, Information Systems, engineering or equivalent experienceExcellent cross-functional interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and writtenCritical thinking, problem solving, and analytical skillsProficient with MS Office Suite including PowerPoint and VisioProficient with Project Management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, Monday.com, etc.Graduate degree in Business Administration (MBA) is an assetCPA is an assetBusiness Analyst experience would be an asset180 Systems180 Systems provides independent consulting advice in the optimization, selection and implementation of enterprise software including ERP systems.
