Role Overview
Do you have a passion for the creation and management of stand-out events? Are you someone who would love to travel across different cities to educate the youth on important issues? Proof Experiences is looking for a co-op/intern student to join our team as an intern for our Educational Marketing department

This position requires for you to be both on-site and in-office working, overseeing, and assisting with the successful execution of a variety of virtual and in person educational programs targeted towards the youth all over Canada. A large portion of this internship will include travelling as a Tour Leader for educational programs that may span across the country, helping lead a team of brand ambassadors successfully promote positive messages throughout schools and busy areas.

Working with Proof Experiences will provide you with a well-rounded understanding of program management and experiential event marketing in a fast-paced environment:

What you’ll do:


- Work with various in-office teams as assigned on program logistics e.G. Assisting with execution of activity, moderation of presentations, tour management, sourcing based on specified budgets
- Provide onsite support for events to assist with onsite responsibilities as well as virtual tech support.
- Travel as a Tour Leader to educational activations, acting as front-line program representative and liaison in-field
- Assist with program set-up, event execution, tear-down and post-event reporting
- General office administration such as assisting with the scheduling, note-taking, and note distribution for client planning meetings as required
- Assist in program meetings, strategic planning, event execution and reporting
- Collaborate with senior team members and work independently
- Flexibility to travel locally as required

- You are resourceful / problem solver
- You are well organized, detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point & Outlook)
- You are responsible for program outreach and tour management
- You show strong communication skills;
both oral and written
- You have an ability to work in a collaborative work environment through enthusiasm, support and open communication
- You embody and respect our values of excellence, collaboration, integrity, commitment, empathy and trust

What you’ve done:


The successful candidate will possess the following qualifications:

- Currently enrolled or recently graduated hospitality, marketing, event management program or post-graduate program
- Posess an Ontario G-class drivers license. Asset to be over 21 to rent vehicles

Salary and Requirements:


This position runs for 4 months, from January to April (can be adjusted slightly). You are expected to work 40+ hours/ week (hours will vary dependent on program needs) and will be paid a salary of $800/week.
