For more information about Citco, please visit www.citco.com About the Team and Business Line: The Transformation Office group aims to improve operational excellence and efficiency across Citco Fund Services (CFS) through a combination of process re-design and automation. We conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses on business operations to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.Our team, a subgroup of the Transformation Office, is tasked with project oversight, project management, and reporting to the CFS executive teams. In addition to supporting project management, we are commonly expected to facilitate conversation, conduct analyses, and produce succinct reporting to senior management.Your Role: The Transformation Office is looking for an experienced Project Manager to (a) understand relevant business objectives and processes; (b) move projects forward within a project management framework; (c) assist with analysis and data gathering; (d) maintain clear, succinct updates for discussion and reporting; and (e) form opinions on project status and direction.We are seeking an individual who embodies a proactive work ethic, values organization, possesses strong communication and presentation skills, and demonstrates the ability to think critically. Your dynamic approach to tasks, coupled with your ability to effectively communicate and present ideas, will contribute to the overall success of our team.The Transformation Office Project Manager will be part of the Transformation Office team under the direction of a Program Manager. They should be comfortable communicating with all levels within the organization, carrying out detailed work (requirements, analysis, milestone tracking, status updates and benefit calculation) and be both flexible and hardworking.Critical Thinkingto comprehend business objectives, processes, and challenges including technical aspectsto think critically and formulate logic-based opinionsCommunication / Soft Skillsverbal and written communications skills, including the ability to articulate objectives, processes and challenges conciselysense of organization; ability to manage multiple projects concurrentlyto confidently and appropriately present information to various audiencesExperienceproject management experience (at least two years’ experience, preferred)facilitating and leading workshops focused on both understanding and solving complex problemsdriving, implementing and sustaining changein presenting information succinctly to senior leadershipTechnical KnowledgeMS Suite skills (Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)in Atlassian platforms (Confluence and JIRA)with SharePoint/PowerApps preferred, but not required.with Python preferred, but not required.About You:adaptable, pro-active, open, and collaborative in your approach to working with othersin organizational structure and interested in how operational components contribute to an end productin project management and can apply your knowledge to real-world process improvementswith leading projects alone or leading with othersfamiliar with the investment industryin managing people (directly or indirectly)to distill key ideas from larger, less organized sets of information and are able to simplify complex problems into more digestible onesto organize, analyze and manipulate large datasetsManagement (PMP or CAPM), Lean Six Sigma (GB+), Design Thinking, Scrum Management (CSM), Change Management (CCMP) or Client Experience certification(s) are considered an asset but not requiredOur BenefitsYour well being is of paramount importance to us, and central to our success.
