Executive Director

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its organization, which is dedicated to supporting individuals with lived experiences of sexual and gender-based violence. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the organization, including program and operational management, financial oversight, and strategic development. This role requires a leader who can ensure the alignment of services with community needs, foster innovation and collaboration, and engage with key stakeholders such as funders, donors, government bodies, and community partners. The Executive Director will also be instrumental in executing the organization's strategic plan, developing new strategies for revenue diversification, and strengthening government relations.
Key skills and experience for this role include a strong background in collaboration, team building, and strategic planning. The ideal candidate will have the ability to inspire and manage a high-performing team, maintain a workplace culture of innovation, empathy, and emotional intelligence, and actively participate in public engagement.
