Job Title: Executive Director

Jayvishva Inc. is seeking an experienced Executive Director to lead our organization and drive strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement organizational policies and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Establish and manage budgets, financial controls, and administrative processes.
  • Lead and manage senior staff, including middle managers and directors.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations, official functions, and external communications.
  • Ensure effective human resources planning, talent development, and succession planning.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of strategic planning, execution, and results.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
