Our client, a not-for-profit organization with a mission to help individuals and communities to gain equal opportunities in Canadian society, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist.
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for full life cycle recruitment process, plays an integral role by understanding the needs of hiring managers and sourcing the best talent to fill open positions. Areas of specialization include creative ways to source top talent and increase brand awareness, screening candidates, promoting the value of working for the company to help them attract great candidates who fit our client’s culture and can support their mission

Manage full cycle recruitment process
Partner with HR team to refine/update recruitment documents
Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards
Screen resumes, qualify, interview, and manage candidates throughout recruitment cycle
Assists in development and maintenance of job descriptions including physical demands analysis
Performs other projects and duties as assigned

Degree/diploma in Human Resources or related field
Experience developing recruitment strategies
Strong computer literacy and willingness to improve skills
Possesses valid Class G driver’s license and access to vehicle
