The PPC Marketing Specialist will be anexperienced, organized, creative, ambitious and highly drivenindividual, responsible for developing innovative and strategic,results-oriented campaigns for our clients. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You will work on B2B & B2C marketing campaigns for 20-30clients
  • Learn about each client in depth: their goals,values, needs, buyer personas, voice, style
  • Engage withclients on expectations, deliverables and approvals, etc
  • Write engaging, informative, on-brand ads and constantlytest/improve them
  • High-end management ofGoogle/LinkedIn/FB/Instagram Ads
  • Work with our GooglePartner/FB support to improve performance and try new tools
  • Coordinate with other team members and ensure deliverablesare met consistently on time and above expected quality
  • Regularly reviewing campaign performance metrics to identifyareas for improvement and optimization.
  • Constantly learn newtrends and strategies for PPC/SEM.
  • Collaborate on clientaudits and regular reporting.

EXPERIENCE :

  • Minimum 3+ years ofdigital marketing knowledge and experience: PPC, SEM, Digital
  • Marketing Tools & Analytics
  • Education:College/University Degree with a major in business or sales andmarketing, advertising, communication
  • Languages: NativeEnglish (French is an asset)
  • Hands-on experience managingPPC/SEM campaigns
  • Experience with A/B testing, adcopywriting, and landing page optimization to improve conversion ratesand campaign performance
  • Experience with Google Analytics(GA4) and other web analytics tools to measure campaign performanceand make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience in ahigh-volume/fast-paced industry is preferred.
