The company’s platform connects dealer groups, financial institutions and consumers through integrated advertising, conversion and operational tools.Client Support SpecialistThe Client Support Specialist is the primary contact for dealer partners and retail clients. The role provides day‑to‑day account support, troubleshooting, reporting and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure partner satisfaction and revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate client concerns and coordinate resolution with cross‑functional teams.Communicate status updates to clients in a timely manner.Manage inbound communications (phone or email) and outbound follow‑ups for partner groups.Escalate technical, billing or fulfillment issues to the appropriate managers.Prepare and distribute monthly performance reports, proposals and analytics to clients and internal stakeholders.Maintain accurate partner information in the AutoTrader CRM system.QualificationsCollege diploma.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.Customer‑service orientation and strong analytical abilities.Detail‑oriented, organized and self‑motivated.BenefitsGym discounts and wellness events.Employee and family assistance program.Conferences, training budget and internal training programs.3% pension matching and three‑point CPP matching.Competitive annual salary with bonus structure. #J-18808-Ljbffr
