Company DescriptionResume Target is an industry leader in professional resume writing services known for their fanatical customer service, client support, and quality of work delivered in North America. Job DescriptionWe are currently looking to hire a Client Support Specialist for our growing sales division. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting and advocating the company’s resume writing services to prospective and/or existing customers. You will also be responsible for handling a high volume of incoming calls with no cold calling required and will report directly to the Director of Operations.We are currently seeking hard-working, passionate, and sales-focused talent to add to our growing sales team. If you have proven experience in the following areas and looking for a fun & progressive company to join, then we would love to hear from youAccountabilities:Manage high-volume incoming inquiries and callsPromote and recommend professional resume writing services based on the customer’s specific qualifications and needsWork with new customers to manage the full onboarding process and all registrationsMaximize customer engagement and experience by collaborating with the support team and follow proper procedures when addressing any customer’s inquiriesMonitor and capture all relevant information via CRM to track opportunities and callsQualificationsBachelor's degree is preferredMinimum of 1 year of work experience in a sales/service roleStrong listening skills with the ability to build rapport with customersPass success in a high-volume call center environmentAbility to be successful in a dynamic, flexible, and continually changing environment
