We support and reward our Nurses in the following ways:

Supportive onboarding program, peer-to-peer support, mentorship and ongoing learning and development to continuously advance your nursing knowledge and skills

You will be able to apply your clinical skills in areas such as wound care, IV therapy, palliative care, tube feeding and medication administration, as well as health teaching.
We offer a full suite of tools and training to make service delivery both safe and effective. A leader in delivering virtual care in home health, our approach incorporates the use of secure technology to effectively connect with your clients and their caregivers when virtual care is the best option.
A valid driver’s license and ability/willingness to travel within Waterford, Port Dover and surrounding areas
2 Step TB Test completed within the past 12 months (or willing to obtain)
Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
Strong verbal and written English communication skills
Ability to communicate in French or other languages is considered an asset
Ability to work 5 days per week plus every third weekend, as well as participate in an after-hours on call rotation
