Human Resources Management (30%)
  1. Work with hiring managers to develop ideal candidate profiles aligning candidates with the organization’s core values, as well as the requirements and opportunities presented by the role

  3. Coach Managers and Team Leaders on navigating difficult conversations and conflicts, act as a resource for all people managers

  6. Coordinate with the management team on employee performance reviews

  1. Planning quarterly offsite meetings and company events
  2. Budget creation for events, meetings, and professional development
  3. Assist in company charity and cultural events
  4. Work with project teams to launch an academy-style training program for intern and co-op student positions
  5. Facilitate quarterly events and workshops in Produktiv Space
  6. Promote Hybrid Work through Produktiv Space's social media channels
Operations Management (10%)
  1. Working with the Admin Team to facilitate employee equipment needs
  2. Purchasing supplies and managing vendor relationships and software subscriptions
  3. Managing co-working and office memberships
Requirements
  1. A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience in HR
  2. A university degree and/or a diploma in Human Resources or related field
  3. Good working knowledge and familiarity with HR concepts, practices, procedures, and basic employment laws required.
  4. Experience in a creative agency environment is a plus.
  5. Experience working with an HR Information System is preferred.
  6. Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism to gain the respect of all employees.
  7. Excellent organization, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills required.
  8. Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times due to the handling of sensitive and confidential information.
  9. Must have a proven history of ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
  10. Must have proficiency in Google Suite and other software normally used by Human Resources.
