- Coordinate with the management team on employee performance reviews
- Reviewing, improving, and implementing various other processes and policies to improve employee experience and Produktiv’s success
- Planning quarterly offsite meetings and company events
- Budget creation for events, meetings, and professional development
- Assist in company charity and cultural events
- Work with project teams to launch an academy-style training program for intern and co-op student positions
- Facilitate quarterly events and workshops in Produktiv Space
- Promote Hybrid Work through Produktiv Space's social media channels
- Working with the Admin Team to facilitate employee equipment needs
- Purchasing supplies and managing vendor relationships and software subscriptions
- Managing co-working and office memberships
- A minimum of three (3) years of related work experience in HR
- A university degree and/or a diploma in Human Resources or related field
- Good working knowledge and familiarity with HR concepts, practices, procedures, and basic employment laws required.
- Experience in a creative agency environment is a plus.
- Experience working with an HR Information System is preferred.
- Must exhibit a high degree of professionalism to gain the respect of all employees.
- Excellent organization, communication (both written and verbal), and interpersonal skills required.
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times due to the handling of sensitive and confidential information.
- Must have a proven history of ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have proficiency in Google Suite and other software normally used by Human Resources.
