Responsibilities
  • Lead a project work team that meets regularly to coordinate responsibility for assignment and execution of tasks according to schedule
  • Schedule and monitor manpower requirements against the project budget/spending performance
  • Understand project contract terms and conditions
  • Be able to drive a project team professionally and responsibly
  • Travel when required to job sites
  • Be capable of managing and directing project initiation
  • Check in with all sites and stay ahead of material ordering and any unforeseen issues which may arise
Qualifications:
  • Strong client and project management skills
  • Valid class 5 driver’s license
  • FSR A or B is preferred
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
  • Experience with online collaboration tools
  • Excellent organization skills needed to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks within a high-pressure work environment
  • 3 to 5 years of related work experience
