Position – Accounting Clerk Location - Windsor, Ontario, Canada
Duration – Temp to Perm role.
Rate - $19 - $20
Responsibilities
Prepare and enter A/P invoices, ensuring costs are allocated to the proper G/L accounts and appropriate taxes are applied.
Allocate A/P invoices to correct jobs.
Issue A/P payments via cheque and EFT.
Monitor vendor statements.
Prepare and post accounts receivable invoices in Visual software.
Manage accounts receivable collections.
Perform G/L reconciliations.
Maintain positive relationships with both customers and vendors.
Handle additional administrative duties as required.
Requirements
Experience with Visual software is an asset.
Comfortable communicating with all levels of management across various divisions and departments.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, organization, and accuracy.
Fluency in English.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Flexibility and willingness to perform a variety of support tasks.
Post-secondary education in an accounting-related field of study.
