About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Clerk to join our team at FOUR SEASON CHINESE RESTAURANT INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Assist in Budget Preparation: Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial forecasts.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions and maintain a secure and accurate cash handling system.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
