Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct web and telephone technical support to clients
  • Troubleshoot a wide range of networking products
  • Collect and analyze customer network information to recommend solutions
  • Educate customers on networking and product knowledge
  • Consult technical documentation for known issues
  • Follow up and manage technical cases until resolution
  • Maintain clear communication with customers throughout the case lifecycle

Qualifications:

  • Experience in technical support within networking/security or equivalent education
  • Strong understanding of SOHO and SMB networking products
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Previous call center experience supporting data networking products is a plus
  • Fundamental knowledge of TCP/IP networks (DNS, DHCP, VPN)
  • Proficient in WiFi technologies and peripherals (AP, Wireless controllers, range extenders, Mesh)
