About Our Project Services Team:

Grow with the best Pandell's Project Services team is a fast-moving team responsible for facilitating the implementation of the Pandell suite of 12+ product groups.

What Will Make You An Ideal Candidate:

  • Experience with software implementation projects from kick-off to go live.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving skills, along with acute attention to detail.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams including business analysts, data conversion specialists, developers, and quality assurance analysts.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to collaborate and build strong relationships with clients, at both the operational and leadership levels.
  • Motivated individual who is a self-starter and takes initiative.
  • Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Projects, PowerPoint, etc.).
  • Working knowledge or experience with internal collaboration tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Ability to use right-size tools and techniques to fit the project at hand.

What Makes You Extra Awesome:

  • Experience in Financial and Capital Accounting.
  • Familiarity with Oil & Gas industry and product applications.
  • SQL knowledge.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of small to medium-scale client implementations.
  • Responsible for software implementation, data conversion, and product upgrade projects for new and existing Pandell customers.
  • Lead meetings with clients to discuss product implementation and statuses.
  • Participate in organizing project and development activities for assigned projects.
  • Preparation and ongoing updates of client and internal project plans (milestones, tasks, timeline, etc.).
  • Participation in the creation of Work Order and Statement of Work documentation.
  • Liaise between customers, Pandell data conversion/development teams, and business subject matter experts to ensure that business needs are identified, defined, and documented.
  • Facilitate the analysis, planning, and execution of solutions to resolve various customer requests.

Your Experience:

  • 5+ Years of experience in Software Implementation, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
