Our client's mission is to bring inspiration and innovation to athletes around the world. They are looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead their store team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales, fostering a customer-centric environment and ensuring operational excellence. You will embody the brand and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and exceed sales goals. DESCRIPTION

• Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

• Create a positive and inclusive work environment where team members feel valued and empowered.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, visual presentation of merchandise and safety standards.

• Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Foster strong relationships with customers and the local community to build brand loyalty and engagement.

• Recruit, train and develop team members to maximize their potential and contribute to the success of the store.

• Handle any customer requests or concerns with professionalism and integrity.

REQUIREMENTS

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume flagship environment.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business results.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Passion for the brand and the sports industry.

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays if necessary.
