Head Coach

La mission de notre client est d'apporter inspiration et innovation aux athlètes du monde entier. Ils recherchent un directeur de magasin dynamique et expérimenté pour diriger leur équipe de magasin. En tant que directeur de magasin, vous serez responsable de stimuler les ventes, de favoriser un environnement centré sur le client et d'assurer l'excellence opérationnelle. Vous incarnerez la marque et inspirerez votre équipe à offrir un service exceptionnel et à dépasser les objectifs de vente. Diriger et motiver une équipe d'associés pour atteindre les objectifs de vente et fournir un excellent service à la clientèle.

• Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies pour stimuler les ventes et augmenter la rentabilité du magasin.

• Assurer le respect des politiques et procédures de l'entreprise, notamment la gestion des stocks, la présentation visuelle de la marchandise et les normes de sécurité.

• Analyser les rapports de ventes et les indicateurs de performance clés pour identifier les opportunités d'amélioration.

• Favoriser des relations solides avec les clients et la communauté locale pour renforcer la fidélité et l'engagement à la marque.

• Recruter, former et développer les membres de l'équipe pour maximiser leur potentiel et contribuer au succès du magasin.

• Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en gestion de vente au détail, de préférence dans un environnement phare à volume élevé.

• Expérience avérée dans l'atteinte des objectifs de vente et des résultats commerciaux.

• Flexibilité de travailler les soirs, les fins de semaine et les jours fériés si nécessaire.

Lead and motivate a team of associates to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.

• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store profitability.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management, visual presentation of merchandise and safety standards.

• Analyze sales reports and key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.

• Foster strong relationships with customers and the local community to build brand loyalty and engagement.

• Recruit, train and develop team members to maximize their potential and contribute to the success of the store.

• 3+ years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume flagship environment.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business results.

• Passion for the brand and the sports industry.
