Description**OFFRE D'EMPLOI - HEAD COACH**

L'objectif principal de notre programme d'escalade est de créer un cadre qui vise d'abord et avant tout le développement des athlètes et des clients. Nous visons à leur enseigner les compétences nécessaires pour réussir dans l'escalade, être sécuritaire dans le centre, tout en s'amusant.

À ce titre, nous recherchons une personne capable de se démarquer par ses capacités d'enseignement, de communicateur et ayant d'excellentes capacités administratives. L'entraîneur(e) en chef supervise de nombreux programmes et est responsable de la surveillance du processus d'inscription et de la gestion du personnel d'entraîneurs à temps partiel. Il s'agit d'un poste à temps plein qui exige une certaine souplesse d'horaire et une certaine disponibilité la fin de semaine.

Le head coach sera appelé à préparer les entraînements, suivre les athlètes compétitifs et être présent à des compétitions. Ce poste relève du Directeur Général. Ils travaillent ensemble pour établir et réaliser les objectifs de l'entreprise.

**RESPONSABILITÉS**
- Supervise et élabore les entraînements ainsi que la préparation physique de nos athlètes.
- Prépare et établit l'inscription des programmes.
- Assure la communication aux parents en personne, par téléphone et ou par courriel mais bénéficie pour cela de l'aide d'un(une) coordonnateur(trice).
- Entraîneur de l'équipe compétitive
- Coordonne les itinéraires, les horaires, les événements et les besoins généraux du programme pour les jeunes.
- Embauche, planifie, forme, développe et gère les entraîneurs pour tous les programmes.
- S'assurer que tous les entraîneurs et les participants suivent toutes les procédures de sécurité et que leurs actions créent un environnement sécuritaire pour les participants, les invités et le personnel.
- Vise les objectifs de rendement et respecter les lignes directrices budgétaires de l'entreprise.
- Gère le camp d'été, l'embauche et la formation du personnel du camp d'été et la gestion continue du personnel du camp pendant l'été.

**QUALIFICATIONS ET COMPÉTENCES**

REQUISES
- Expérience de l'enseignement et du service à la clientèle.
- Gestion de programme sportif, gymnastique, natation, soccer ou autres
- Expérience antérieure en salle d'escalade est un plus,
- Bonne connaissance des techniques de conditionnement physique.
- Expérience en gestion du personnel ou en leadership d'équipe.
- Doit avoir un grand enthousiasme pour l'escalade.
- Grimpeur passionné, avec la volonté de partager son enthousiasme pour le sport aux gens de tous âges.
- Capacité de gérer et de former les entraîneurs sur les attentes du programme.
- Expérience dans les disciplines du bloc, de l'escalade sportive.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication en personne, par courriel et par téléphone.
- Une forte éthique de travail et une attitude positive.
- Travailler de façon autonome.
- Faciliter la résolution des problèmes et gérer des situations difficiles avec discernement.
- Excellence administrative : être organisé et axé sur les objectifs à atteindre.
- Sens de l'observation aiguë pour la gestion des risques.

PRÉFÉRÉES
- Expérience avec le logiciel Rock Gym Pro
- Certifications actuelles en premiers soins, RCR et DEA.

EXIGENCES ENVIRONNEMENTALES ET PHYSIQUES
- Les responsabilités et le temps sont partagés entre les quarts de travail et les obligations administratives.
- Exigence mínimale de quatre quarts de travail par semaine, incluant un jour de fin de semaine.
- Disponibilité en soirée et fin de semaine.
- Confiant et à l'aise de travailler dans un environnement à forte circulation.
- Se tenir constamment debout et marcher pendant de longues périodes de temps.
- Capacité de grimper, de s'accroupir, de ramper, de s'équilibrer et de s'agenouiller.
