As the Shipping Team Lead, you will have a hands-on role supporting the Fulfillment Manager in leading the Canadian Shipping Teams daily operations. You will lead, train, and develop the Shipping Clerks, all while ensuring the daily SLAs are met. In addition, you will support International and Tradeshow fulfillment.
