Company Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Regional Sales Executive to join our growing team. Our company is a leader in the manufacturing industry, with a robust portfolio of 100 products available on our website. We value attitude, motivation, and drive above years of experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls and prospecting activities to generate new leads and opportunities.
  • Engage in email communications, follow-ups, and dials to connect with potential customers.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, achieving an average of 14 to 20 customer connections.
  • Become a subject matter expert on our products and services.
  • Craft annual sales plans with clear goals, metrics, and work plans to achieve targets.
  • Work within pricing guidelines to ensure top-line sales and GM targets are met.
  • Actively participate in industry tradeshows, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and networking opportunities.
  • Uncover and develop RFPs for large-scale projects and long-term opportunities.
  • Identify untapped market opportunities and devise effective sales strategies to secure new business
  • Travel within the USA up to 10% of the time.
  • Work in an open-concept office environment alongside a team of 7 sales staff, including inside sales and national account executives.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM to manage customer relationships and sales processes (training provided if necessary).

Qualifications:

  • Stellar personality with a strong drive to succeed and a great attitude.
  • Experience in B2B sales, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Salesforce CRM experience is an asset but not required.

  • 3 weeks vacation, 3 sick days, and 3 personal days.

Additional Information:

  • This is a brand new role and we are looking to hire ASAP.
  • Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis. There will be 3 rounds of interviews. Interview 1st round 15mins with Director HR, 2nd rounds with Sales Manager, and 3rd round in person with Director of Sales with presentation
