PrecisionERP is seeking a Bilingual (English and French) Procurement Analyst for a one year contract at our Montreal based client.

You will support the transactional team with mainly data-driven reports, update price agreements/ticket creation. Monitor spend data, market research, supplier information, contract requirements. Troubleshoot suppliers and internal stakeholders, reconcile project pipelines. Use KPIs to measure performance on specific improvements for projects;

Work will be a hybrid model with 2-3 days per week in office.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years experience in report preparation within Procurement department.
  • Provide process improvements and integrate MRO and Procurement strategy
  • Experience with MS Office Suite
  • SAP experience and/or knowledge (procurement/data master modules)
  • Data modelling and data standardization approach, analytical and quantitative skills,
  • Excel Experience
  • MS Power Apps knowledge (Power BI, Power Automation, Model Driven apps.)
