HR Operations Manager

Your role and responsibilities

In this role you will have the opportunity to work in collaboration with a diverse HR team. Under the supervision of the HR Operations Manager, the Human Resources Coordinator is a versatile professional providing a high level of administrative and confidential support to the manager as well as HR team members. The work model for the role is: remote #LI-Remote This role is contributing to the {HR Operations Team, in Montreal. You will be mainly accountable for: • Assist HR team with administrative activities related to new projects. • Organize tasks and follow up on the completion of upcoming deadlines. • Monitor the team’s AskHR tickets, follow-up on SLAs and review quality of response • Produce monthly KPI results • Organize meetings, prepare minutes and ensure to document actions on tracke • Identify opportunities to enhance productivity, effectiveness and efficiency and participate in their implementation • Support the HR manager with various tasks and projects as required. Qualifications for the role
  • Experience in HR related functions is essential, experience in Merger & Acquisitions is an asset
  • Customer service skills with a proven ability to deal effectively and diplomatically with sensitive situations.
  • Time management and organizational skills with an ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Results oriented with a demonstrated ability to effectively plan work and meet deadlines.
  • You are at ease communicating in French. English is also required as you will be helping internal and external stakeholders across Canada and have regular discussions with the global team.
