Location:

Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact and advocate for assigned customers through building strong relationships with SDRs & SDR Managers.

Conduct onboarding sessions (Typically less than 15 min per session) and provide consultative support to ensure customers can fully leverage Quacks platform and achieve their desired outcomes.

Proactively engage with customers to ensure their success, address any concerns.

Monitor customer health and usage patterns, proactively identifying potential issues and offering solutions to enhance their experience and maximize value.

Collaborate closely with the CEO, CRO & CTO to drive customer retention and expansion, providing input on product roadmap & renewal negotiations.

Act as the voice of the customer within the company, providing feedback to product management and engineering teams to drive product improvements and new feature development.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success, actively sharing knowledge and insights with the team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role within a SaaS company.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.

Demonstrated ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and develop data-driven strategies.

Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Familiarity with CRM systems and customer success platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Outreach, SalesLoft, Hubspot, Apollo) is a plus.
