The Assistant Frontline Marketing Manager is responsible for implementing and managing brand marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and sales. This role involves collaboration with various cross-functional teams, managing marketing priorities, and ensuring all initiatives are activated across assigned channels & customers. This role will report into the Director of Marketing and will focus on our Nutrition business including exciting brands such as fairlife, Simply & Minute Maid.

This role is a fantastic opportunity for a CPG professional with a strong understanding of customers, brand strategies, shopper behavior and a proven track record executing customer marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will be strategic, detail-oriented, and adept at managing relationships with both internal teams and external partners.

What You’ll Do For Us

  • Develop a deep understanding of the shopper, leveraging insights to build strategies for key accounts, support innovations etc.

  • Own customer activation of all brand marketing programs, both instore and online to drive customer engagement and sales.

  • Coordinate with sales, marketing, and other cross functional teams to execute programs in the market, owning the activation plans, partnership relationships, creative development and securing approvals.

  • Key contact for creative agencies and retail creative teams, ensuring flawless execution of all programs.

  • Assist our sales team in managing relationships with retailers and other partners, aiding in sell-in of our shopper marketing programs to ensure optimal execution of marketing activities.

  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.

  • Manage shopper marketing budget and ensure all activities deliver a strong return on investment.

  • Coordinate Brand integration and look of success in customer trade shows.

  • Own digital shelf presence across all customer platforms, optimizing content and copy.

  • Manage and resolve any issues that arise during in market execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in shopper marketing.

  • Strong understanding of shopper behavior and market dynamics.

  • Excellent project management, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Experience working with agencies, managing creative approvals etc.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

  • Proficient in using market research tools and analyzing data (Nielsen, Numerator etc.).

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Attention to detail and a high level of organization.
