Rentco Equipment Ltd. is a fast-paced local company that has been servicing Grande Prairie and the Peace Country for 60 years. We provide construction, oilfield, and homeowner equipment and consumables in the areas.

Our Head Office is currently looking for a part-time Collections Administrator to join our three person Accounts Receivables team.

As the Collections Administrator, you are responsible for:
  • Monitoring customer accounts to ensure payments are up to date
  • Contacting customers regularly for payments
  • Managing customer accounts within our Point of Rental (POR) system
  • Escalating customer accounts to different levels of the collection system when applicable
  • Answering a multi-line phone system and directing inquiries to the appropriate department/individual when reception and front counter is unavailable
You have the following skills and experience:
  • 1-2 years experience in an office environment
  • Superior customer service, telephone manners, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and record keeping skills
