We are on the hunt for a Product Designer UX-UI who can spearhead design initiatives across our diverse digital platforms, encompassing web, iOS, and Android.

Your daily responsibilities

  • Oversee the design of new features and enhancements from conception through deployment, ensuring a unified user experience across all platforms;
  • Conduct in-depth user research and usability testing to gather critical insights and identify user needs. Translate these findings into compelling design solutions that enhance user interaction and satisfaction;
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, focusing on refining the user experience and simplifying complex processes;
  • Using story mapping techniques to visualize the user journey and identify areas for improvement;
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and analysts to clearly define design problems and brainstorm innovative solutions;
  • Utilize Figma for layout designs and prototyping dynamic interactions, ensuring designs are functional and appealing across various devices and operating systems;
  • Execute visual and interaction designs that are scalable across different devices and operating systems;
  • Guide front-end developers, to foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement, setting high standards and defining best practices;
  • Craft mobile and web interfaces that are not only intuitive and elegant but also enjoyable for users, enhancing overall user engagement and satisfaction.

Your skills and experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, or a related field;
  • A minimum of 5 years in creating aesthetically pleasing and user-friendly interfaces on web and mobile design;
  • Strong experience in B2C app design & web design, with a focus on user growth, journey refinement, and usability enhancement;
  • Meticulous, attention to detail and a strong focus on quality control;
  • Skilled in designing and building product from the ground up;
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like Proto.io.

Ton quotidien

  • Superviser la conception de nouvelles fonctionnalités et améliorations, de la conception au déploiement, en garantissant une expérience utilisateur unifiée sur toutes les plateformes;
  • Mener des recherches approfondies sur les utilisateurs et des tests d'utilisabilité pour recueillir des informations critiques et identifier les besoins des utilisateurs. Traduire ces résultats en solutions de design convaincantes qui améliorent l'interaction et la satisfaction des utilisateurs;
  • Développer des wireframes, des prototypes et des designs haute fidélité, en se concentrant sur l'amélioration de l'expérience utilisateur et la simplification des processus complexes;
  • Utiliser des techniques de story mapping pour visualiser le parcours utilisateur et identifier les domaines à améliorer;
  • Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les chefs de produit, les ingénieurs et les analystes pour définir clairement les problèmes de conception et brainstormer des solutions innovantes;
  • Utiliser Figma pour la conception de mises en page et le prototypage d'interactions dynamiques, en veillant à ce que les designs soient fonctionnels et attrayants sur différents appareils et systèmes d'exploitation;

Le bagage requis

  • Diplôme en design ou dans un domaine connexe;
  • Minimum de 5 ans d'expérience dans la création d'interfaces esthétiquement plaisantes et conviviales pour le web et les applications mobiles;
  • Expérience solide dans la conception d'applications B2C et de sites web, avec un accent sur la croissance des utilisateurs, l'optimisation du parcours utilisateur et l'amélioration de l'utilisabilité;
  • Méticuleux, avec une grande attention aux détails et un fort accent sur le contrôle de la qualité;
  • Compétence dans la conception et la construction de produits depuis le début;
